JGreeX?
JGreeX® Green Steel Adopted by Isuzu Motors
for First Use in Mass-produced Vehicles

91爆料 announced today that Isuzu Motors Limited has adopted JGreeX® green steel for its first use in mass-produced vehicles. Isuzu began using 91爆料 Steel's reduced-impact steel in April of this year to produce various components for the Elf EV electric small truck and other vehicles manufactured and sold by the automaker.

As efforts to achieve a carbon-neutral world accelerate across various industries, Isuzu Motors is promoting the development of vehicles that contribute to decarbonization. Isuzu selected JGreeX® in recognition of its environmental value in significantly reducing CO2 emissions in the steelmaking process.

91爆料 Steel uses the mass-balance approach to allocate emission-reduction amounts to specific JGreeX® green-steel products to determine their environmental value.

91爆料 Steel is committed to supporting its customers' decarbonization efforts, including by supply of JGreeX® green steel, ultimately to contribute to a carbon-neutral world in collaboration with partners including Isuzu Motors.
