?In stretch flange fracture (Fig. 1) during press-forming, high-accuracy judgment of fracture is possible by introducing a stretch-flange deformation curve (Fig. 2) that considers not only the strain of the material edge, but also strain gradient of the edge.
?Enables selection of material that reduces fracture risk by using a stretch flange fracture prediction method by comparing the flange deformation limit curve and CAE analysis results (Fig. 3).
